What is Regeneration?

• Men and women wanting sexual and relational wholeness in Christ.
• Men and women struggling with pornography and other sexual temptations.

In Dr. James Dobson's recent Focus On The Family newsletter, he listed resources for help and healing in the battle against pornography and homosexuality and recommended Exodus. Regeneration is the local Exodus ministry for Baltimore and Northern Virginia.

Since 1979, we have seen hundreds of people find hope, healing and freedom. We are available to serve individuals who struggle with pornography, sexual temptations or homosexuality and want to change.

The ministry's approach is consistent with both scripture and sound psychological understanding. Growth occurs as biblical principles are applied, as wounds from the past are healed, as relationships develop and as our true identity in Christ is realized. Regeneration works alongside the church to provide a Christ-centered ministry that is compassionate and consistent with historic Christian teaching. The staff and leaders understand the pain and confusion of those who struggle, and they provide an environment of support and encouragement for those who want to change.

Confidentiality

Regeneration is commited to strict confidentiality, except for past, present or future actions or intentions to take actions, involving harmful, dangerous or criminal actions against another human being or the participant. In addition, group leaders and staff may consult with others, while maintaining confidentiality, about cases where other options or expert advice may be necessary.
